Pardee’s Rockwood at Prescott Park features four home designs

Pardee Homes' Rockwood at Prescott Park features four floor plans, including Plan Five that measures up to about 2,764 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths in a two-story design.

Rockwood Plan One measures 1,596 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, den or optional fourth bedroom, two baths and two-car garage. The home features a kitchen option that expands the kitchen and creates a smaller formal living room space.

Plan Two measures 1,688 square feet with three bedrooms, den, two baths and two-car garage in a single-story design.

The home can be built with a bedroom four in lieu of the den and an optional retreat off the master bedroom in lieu of a secondary bedroom.

The two-story Plan Four is available with up to five bedrooms and three baths and measures up to 2,485 square feet with a two-car expanded garage. Additional features include a loft or optional bedroom or studio.
