Pardee’s Trail Ridge caters to first-timers

With prices starting at about $250,950, many first-time home buyers are attracted to the Pardee Homes Trail Ridge neighborhood, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"They are discovering that they can qualify for the American dream of home ownership in a brand-new home in a popular location," he said.

The subdivision is located off Agate Avenue near the northeast corner of Durango Drive and Blue Diamond Road in southwest Las Vegas.

The neighborhood features a heated community swimming pool, tot lot and picnic area available exclusively to residents and their guests.

"Everything here is centered on one thing -- a unique quality of life," Tuvell said. "What's more, front yards are landscaped and maintained for our buyers, so they can spend their weekends enjoying their homes and their neighborhood recreational amenities."

Trail Ridge floor plans range in size from about 1,366 to 1,778 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths, upstairs laundry rooms and two-car garages.

The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms.

Prices range from about $250,950 to $280,950.

To visit, exit south on Durango Drive from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and travel about three miles to Agate Avenue and turn left into the Trail Ridge model park.

The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.
