With prices starting at $279,950, many first-time home buyers are attracted to the Pardee Homes Trail Ridge neighborhood, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.
"They are discovering that they can qualify for the American dream of homeownership in a brand-new home in a popular location," he said.
The subdivision is located off Agate Avenue near the northeast corner of Durango and Blue Diamond roads in southwestern Las Vegas.
The two-story home designs range from 1,366 to 1,778 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths, upstairs laundry rooms and two-car garage.
The designs provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms.
Prices range from $279,950 to $309,950.
Neighborhood amenities include heated community swimming pool, tot lot and picnic area for residents and their guests.
"Everything here is centered on one thing -- a unique quality of life," Tuvell said.
"What's more, front yards are landscaped and maintained for our buyers, so they can spend their weekends enjoying their homes and their neighborhood recreational amenities."
To visit Trail Ridge, exit south on Durango Road from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway. Travel about three miles to Agate Avenue and turn left into the Trail Ridge model park.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
