Pardee’s Vista Cielo to offer financing

Pardee Homes is offering special financing on select homes this summer at Laguna at Vista Cielo in North Las Vegas.

Laguna features a collection of two-story homes that offer up to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with two-car garages, backyards, high-volume ceilings downstairs and upstairs laundry rooms. The four floor plans range in size from 1,577 to 2,331 square feet of living space. Prices start from $265,450.

Plan Four measures 1,985 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and two-car garage. An optional game room increases the home to 2,331 square feet and a fourth bedroom is offered in lieu of the loft.

Plan One has 1,577 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room and a two-car garage. The home can be built with a loft in lieu of bedroom three.

Plan Two includes 1,651 square feet with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and two-car garage. It also is available with up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,860 square feet.

The 1,820-square-foot Plan Three offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. An optional game room is available which can bring the living space to 1,999 square feet. A loft also is offered in lieu of bedroom four.

Laguna is one of three Pardee Homes neighborhoods that comprise the builder's Vista Cielo planned community. The area features cul-de-sac streets connected by greenbelt areas and four small parks with such planned amenities as a playground, barbecue area and half-basketball court and community swimming pools.

To reach Laguna at Vista Cielo, take Interstate 15 to the Craig Road exit. Exit on Craig and turn left; travel west on Craig to Losee Road and turn right. The community is ahead on the left, about one-half mile south of Ann Road.
