Park-facing floor plans offered in Pardee Homes’ Reston closeout phase

Park-facing homes and special financing are part of the builder closeout starting this weekend at Pardee Homes' Reston neighborhood in the gated community of Prescott Park, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"Of the last 12 homes available at Reston, eight of them are around the park, the central amenity of this special community," Tuvell said.

"Residents really enjoy their park, using it for family barbecues, birthday parties and even baby christenings."

Reston is one of two neighborhoods at Pardee's Prescott Park at the northwest corner of Grand Teton Drive and Aviary Way, north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

Prescott Park is centered around a 4.5-acre community park that includes a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure.

Reston is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans offering up to five bedrooms and three baths and two- or three-car garages in 1,717 to 2,759 square feet. Lot sizes average 6,000 square feet.

Prices range from $323,450 to $405,950.

Reston Plan One measures 1,717 square feet while Plan Two measures 2,019 square feet.

Both single-story plans feature three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.

Plan Three measures 2,084 square feet with two bedrooms, an office or optional third bedroom, two-car expanded garage and courtyard entry while the Plan Three X adds a second-floor bonus room.

Reston's Plan Four measures 2,377 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage in a single-story design.

Bedroom four can be built as an optional office and bedroom three as an optional den.

Plan Four X adds a second floor bonus room in 2,759 square feet of living space.

Rockwood at Prescott Park features one- and two-story floor plans with three to five bedrooms, up to 3 1/2 baths and two- or three-car garages in 1,596 to 2,917 square feet.

Lot sizes average 4,500 square feet, and pricing ranges from $292,950 to $414,450.

To reach Prescott Park, take the 215 Beltway to Decatur Boulevard, turn right, follow to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Follow Grand Teton to Aviary Way and turn left. Turn left at Mesa Gate Avenue to Prescott Park.
