Pedestrian fatality delays I-15 traffic near Primm

A pedestrian was struck and killed Thursday evening near Primm.
Nevada Highway Patrol responded to the call at 6:15 p.m. The female driver of a Chevy Suburban was traveling north on Interstate 15 and at mile marker four struck a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man who may have had a disabled vehicle in the area, died at the scene.
The left northbound lane was still blocked off at 7:15 p.m., leaving only one lane open and miles of delays, said Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson.
