Pending city approval: Crazy Horse Too nearing sale

Multiple sources report the impending, $10.5 million sale of the Crazy Horse Too topless cabaret, which could bring an end to one of the tawdriest stories in recent Las Vegas history.

The prospective buyer, pending city approval, is Chicago trucking company owner Christopher Condotti. (Acknowledgment: Crazy Horse-obsessed blogger Steve Miller broke this story first online.)

A key to the sale going forward will be whether the city approves Condotti for a liquor license. Frankly, this seems like a no-brainer. The city needs the approximately $2 million in back taxes and penalties it’s owed by former Crazy Horse Too owner Rick Rizzolo. Next to torching the building for the insurance money, this is the only way to get it.

Second, the sale of the empty club will mean that Kansas tourist Kirk Henry will see more of the $10 million Rizzolo owes him.

It’s been about a decade since Henry was nearly killed in the parking lot of the Crazy Horse Too. But after years of stalling on the part of topless club mogul Rizzolo, it at last appears Henry might receive his $10 million settlement.
