PETS: Readers send in photos of their animals

"Mr. Kitty sits unafraid on our Halloween werewolf decoration," said Marion Caperonis of Las Vegas.

"Here is a picture of our 10-year-old dogs Erin and Max. Our dog love to nap and sleep with us, and we wouldn't have it any other way," said Nancy and Howard Stein of Las Vegas.

Carol Coleman of Henderson shared this photo of Jack and Jill. "Mom made us get this haircut and prissy bows and then made us pose. As you can tell, we weren't thrilled," she said.

"This is our 17-year-old Maltese, Sneakers, stuck in the snow in front of our house in Summerlin after the snowstorm in December 2008. Our Sneakers passed away on Jan. 31, 2009, bringing us more than 17 years of love and joy," said Maureen Dooling of Summerlin.

"This is a photo of our very cute bichon frise, Chantitty Nicole, aka Tilly. The photo was taken by Tilly's other mom, Lorette Parillo, when she baby-sat Tilly while we were back East visiting our children in Rhode Island and New York.
