She said available home sites are located along the ninth tee and fourth fairway of the golf course.

"Residents along the fourth fairway will have a dual benefit," she said. "They will not only look out over the course, but have a view of the mountains beyond as well. They are some of the best lots we've ever offered here."

Silverstone Ranch is located in northwestern Las Vegas. It backs against the new Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs, one of the largest city parks in the nation. The community fronts the Gilcrease Orchards, a pick-your-own-produce facility.

Less than a five-minute drive from Silverstone Ranch, the city of Las Vegas will soon open its new 98,000-square-foot Centennial Hills Park Community Center. About three miles away, a new hospital is set to open later this year. Just beyond the hospital, a new indoor shopping mall is planned, Paltrineri said.

Silverstone Ranch includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, lounge and meeting rooms. Landscaped trails connect the various neighborhoods, which feature controlled access. The golf course includes a school for novice players and offers discounts for community residents.
