Progress made at Trump I

As the early 2008 completion date nears for Tower I of Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas, the building is beginning to glow from top to bottom.

Trump Las Vegas' signature 24-carat gold glass is being installed on the exterior of the lobby at the base of the building. Also taking shape is the tower's recreation area, just above the main porte-cochere. Dozens of mature palm trees are being placed around the heated pool, sundeck, cabanas and terrace areas.

"The bar for elegance and luxury is being raised to new heights in Las Vegas by Mr. Trump," said Brian Baudreau, vice president of development for The Trump Organization. "Every detail of Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas has been designed to redefine luxury for its residents and guests."

Each tower (two are planned) offers 1,282 condo hotel units. Floor plan options include studio units, one-bedroom units and one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouse suites. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows, European-style kitchens with granite countertops, marble floors in entries and baths, vanities with marble countertops, spa tubs in master baths, lockout closets and TV mirrors.

Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas will also feature a signature restaurant featuring fine and casual dining, a Trump Spa and Salon, a fitness center and a business center. All guests and residents of Trump Las Vegas will have access to 24-hour concierge, doormen and valet parking services.

Prices for hotel condo units at Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas range from the $700,000s to $7 million.

The sales plaza is located at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South, on the corner of the Las Vegas Strip and Fashion Show Lane. For more information, call 877-878-6711 or visit trumplv.com.

Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas is a joint venture of Donald J. Trump and Phil G. Ruffin.
