Promenada at Rainbow features urban mid-rise living in southwest
Plans for the southwestern valley mid-rise Promenada at Rainbow include upgraded European-styled cabinetry, Kitchenaid stainless-steel kitchen appliances and stacked, front-loading washer and dryer. Such standards fulfill the developer's goal of redefining urban mid-rise living in Las Vegas, according to Jennifer Cook, director of sales and marketing.
"At Promenada at Rainbow, home buyers are excited to learn that every luxury and convenience they see in our model home comes standard with their purchase," Cook said. "Buyers love the fact that every last detail is accounted for, and that the standard luxury appointments are of a caliber often reserved for homes with million dollar price tags."
Kitchens and baths will include Blum's Blumotion hardware throughout, according to Cook. The hardware, produced by the award-winning international manufacturer, ensures cabinets and drawers close smoothly and without sound.
"Small luxuries, such as world-class hardware, are all part of the level of luxury and value that differentiates Promenada at Rainbow from other residential choices," Cook said. "Unlike many other projects, the impressive standards found in our model are what you'll be getting when you move into your new home."
Located at Rainbow Boulevard and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the development will offer restricted biometrically-controlled access and gated underground and garage parking. In addition, wireless Internet access will be available throughout common areas.
Recreational amenities will include two swimming pools lined with cabanas and Balinese daybeds, two cold and hot water spas, shaded hammock garden, outdoor amphitheater, putting green, rooftop sundeck and fire pit. The project will offer a clubhouse complete with fitness center, business center and massage room.
With floor plans ranging from 828 to 1,478 square feet, residences include one to two bedrooms with an open layout and balcony or courtyard areas.
Prices begin in the low $300,000s.
The Cabi Developers project will be built on 15 acres at Rainbow Boulevard and Warm Springs Road.
The development will include 479 units.
The pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is located off Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.
