Providence adds two Lennar neighborhoods
April 14, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Providence, located at Hualapai Way and Interstate 215 North, the Las Vegas Beltway, welcomed eight new model homes to the master-planned community with the opening of Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen, two neighborhoods built by Lennar.
The addition of the Energy Star-certified Lennar neighborhoods brings the total of model homes now open to the public at Providence, a northwestern master-planned community, to more than 70.
Deonna Stocker, manager of information center operations for Focus Property Group, master planner of Providence, noted the success of Lennar's Westminster and Barrington neighborhoods, which opened early this year at the community, as evidence of strong demand for homes offered by the builder.
"The Lennar name is instantly recognized by visitors to our information center, and the value that their homes bring, with so many features coming standard, resonates with home buyers," Stocker said. "We're pleased to welcome the addition of Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen to the wide variety of homes for sale at Providence."
Lennar's Arbor Ridge features four two-story homes ranging from 1,450 to 1,804 square feet.
The homes include three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and two-car garage, with prices starting from the $200,000s. Hampton Glen has four two-story homes, ranging from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet and prices start from the $300,000s.
According to Rene' Merlau, marketing manager for Lennar, buyers of the builder's homes enjoy standard amenities including granite countertops, kitchen appliances, including refrigerators, washers and dryers, window coverings, and front-yard landscaping.
"Home buyers looking for a beautiful and well-equipped home, located in a community unlike any other in Las Vegas, will want to visit the models at Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen," Merlau said. "The designs of the homes reflect the American Traditions theme found at Providence, and our neighborhoods are going to be an important part of a wonderful community."
Lennar also features at Providence its Barrington neighborhood, offering five floor plans, ranging from 1,503 to 2,697 square feet, priced from the $300,000s,; and Westminster, with residences measuring from 3,131 to 4,481 square feet, priced from the $500,000s.
Other home builders at Providence include Astoria Homes, Avante Homes, Beazer Homes, KB Home, Kimball Hill Homes, Meritage Homes, Pardee Homes, Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, Toll Brothers and Woodside Homes.
Focus Property Group's philosophy of creating new communities with a sense of depth and character is illustrated at Providence with the community's celebration of small town traditions and the optimism of American frontiers and the American West, Merlau said.
