Providence model homes open by Pardee

Pardee Homes has released the model homes for sale at LivingSmart Homes Providence in the Providence master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas. The Plan 2A model home measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room and two-bay garage and is priced at $309,866.

The Plan 4CR model home measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, great room, game room, den and three-bay garage. It is priced at $383,710.

“These model homes are move-in ready with many upgraded features throughout from flooring to cabinets to front and rear-yard landscaping,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said.

A limited number of move-in-ready homes are available at LivingSmart Homes Providence, including a Plan 4-B that measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, den/office, bonus room, three-car garage, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, window coverings and prewiring for a home theater. It is priced at $329,508.

A move-in-ready Plan 3-A measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, covered patio and three-car garage. It is priced at $305,965.
