Prudential to hold event

Prudential Americana Group will host an open house today and Sunday at Pyrenees in Mountain's Edge.

The event will offer tours of nine homes within the new neighborhood, as well as provide information on more than 200 homes available for sale within Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community located in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

"For those who know they want to live in Mountain's Edge but want to move in immediately, there are hundreds of completed homes available," said Steven Nohrden, sales executive and team leader with Prudential Americana Group.

Nohrden will have 15 licensed Realtors from his team at the open house event this weekend to provide information on homes throughout Mountain's Edge.

The main location for this weekend's Prudential Americana Group open house will be at 8111 Cheerful Valley Ave. in the Pyrenees subdivision of Mountain's Edge.

To visit, take Buffalo Drive south past Blue Diamond. Head west on Gomer Road and turn left into the Pyrenees community just before Cimmaron Road.
