Pulte, Del Webb to wrap up Leap event

Today and Sunday, home buyers have a final opportunity to take advantage of the Leap4Joy sales event at more than 30 Pulte Homes and Del Webb neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, according to general sales manager Larry Mull.

The event, which offers special pricing and incentives, ends Sunday at 5 p.m. The promotion also includes free upgrades, financing as low as 4.4 percent (4.9 percent APR), sales price discounts and incentives valued up to $150,000, he said.

"Buyers are responding with tremendous enthusiasm to our Leap4Joy sale, which has resulted in greatly accelerated sales activity at all of our neighborhoods across the valley," Mull said. "This is, without a doubt, the best possible time to buy a Pulte Home or Del Webb home, as we are offering a combination of incentives that is unique to all of Las Vegas. It's our largest sale of the year, which is why prospective home buyers owe it to themselves to investigate these incredible savings. In many respects, it's the classical 'You can't afford not to buy now' scenario. We waited four years for this sale and it's well worth the wait."

Del Webb is offering the Leap4Joy sales event at its Sun City Anthem, Sun City Aliante, Solera at Anthem, Solera Stallion Mountain, The Villas at Solera, and the Club at Madeira Canyon neighborhoods.

"If you have been waiting for the best possible value on a brand-new Pulte or Del Webb home, now is the time to act," Mull said. "Stop by any of our sales information centers today or tomorrow and you will be pleasantly surprised to see how much more home you can get for your money."

The leap year-themed Leap4Joy event is applicable at all Pulte Homes' neighborhoods, excluding Monteverdi and at all Del Webb communities, excluding Sun City Mesquite. For complete details, visit any of the Pulte Homes and Del Webb sales information centers, which are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Information can also be obtained by logging on to PulteHomes.com or DelWebb.com.
