Pulte Homes brings Perfect 10 to valley

In conjunction with a special three-day national sales event, Pulte Homes is offering Vegas-area home buyers 10 percent off the purchase of a new home and $10,000 toward closing costs.

The Pulte Homes Perfect 10 promotion takes place today and Sunday with the special value applicable on select home sites within all of the builder's neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas area. Neighborhood sales offices will remain open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day of the limited-time event.

"We're excited to be able to offer these generous savings at all of our Pulte Homes neighborhoods here in Southern Nevada," said Richard Dix, president of Pulte Homes' Las Vegas operations.

"Summer is the perfect time to think about buying a new home," said Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes Las Vegas, "and we're hoping that our Perfect 10 sales event will give many area buyers the opportunity to enjoy a new Pulte home. Additionally, all of our homes include our outstanding package of superior materials and brand-name features."

According to Motley, the special offers are available through participation in the Pulte Buyer Rewards Program, which includes financing through Pulte Mortgage LLC.

The Perfect 10 offers are valid at all Southern Nevada Pulte Homes neighborhoods, but not at Del Webb communities.
