Pulte Homes offer incentives in September

For a limited time, Pulte Homes is offering an $8,000 incentive for all homebuyers who purchase a new home through Sept. 30 at participating neighborhoods.

First-time homebuyers eligible for the federal tax credit, combined with the Pulte credit, can receive up to $16,000 for their new home purchase. For more information on the federal tax credit, visit federalhousingtaxcredit.com.

One of the neighborhoods participating in the Pulte Homes promotion is Paseo at Madeira Canyon, in Henderson, with four collections of single- and two-story homes offering 13 floor plans ranging from 1,580 to 2,804 square feet and priced from $215,000 to $365,000.

Azure Canyon at Mountain Edge in southwestern Las Vegas offers two-story homes with three floor plans measuring from 1,788 to 2,088 square feet and priced from $213,000 to $233,000.

Gallery Collection at Stallion Mountain, a country club located in eastern Las Vegas, is a collection of single-story homes with four floor plans ranging from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet and priced from $185,000 to $205,000.

Villa Trieste at West Park Village in Summerlin offers two-story homes with four floor plans measuring from 1,487 to 1,960 square feet and priced from $228,000 to $267,000.

Timber Creek, off U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road in northwestern Las Vegas, is selling its final homes. Prices vary per home.
