Pulte Homes to hold ‘Monster Inventory’ sale

Pardee Homes Monster Inventory event will take place through Sunday at all Pulte Homes neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, plus The Club at Madeira Canyon, a neighborhood for all ages by Del Webb.

According to Katie Tickner, marketing manager for Pulte/Del Webb Nevada, this is the largest sale of the year for the company, offering savings and specials on homes that can be ready for move-in by the end of the year. There are many amenities available as well.

The specials include no closing costs and large incentives on all 2008 inventory homes.

Additionally, Pulte Homes and The Club at Madeira Canyon will be giving out free pumpkins to visitors at each of their neighborhoods, while supplies last.

"We are highly motivated to close as many homes as possible during the final quarter of 2008, which translates to phenomenal savings for buyers who would like to move into their new Pulte homes before the end of the year," Tickner said.

As a further advantage to homebuyers, pricing begins as low as from the upper $100,000s.

"This is a limited opportunity, however," Tickner said. "After Sunday, we will no longer be offering these incredible savings, so serious buyers must make their purchase today or tomorrow."

During the weekend sales event, sales offices will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at all Pulte Homes neighborhoods and The Club at Madeira Canyon.
