Pulte offers December special financing terms

Pulte Homes is offering special interest rate and financing terms on 2008 inventory homes in selected neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
"This is a great opportunity for those looking for a new home ready for move in this year, at a great price, plus an unbelievably competitive fixed interest rate as well," said Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte Homes' Las Vegas Division.
Motley said the special interest rate available to qualified buyers is a fixed, 30-year conventional loan that applies to select inventory homes that close on or before Dec. 31. Additionally, the buyer must enter into contract by Dec. 23.
"For that reason, we are urging serious buyers to visit our sales information centers as soon as possible," Motley said. "It's a chance to find the new home of your dreams for a price and monthly payment you may never have previously imagined possible.
The special interest rate is offered on homes at select Pulte neighborhoods, including Flagstone Manor, Gallery Collection at Stallion Mountain, Palm Vistas, Paseo at Madeira Canyon, Easton Place and Timber Creek.
Flagstone Manor, a neighborhood consisting of single-story homes on a half acre home sites is located in northwestern Las Vegas near Jones Boulevard and Horse Drive.
Priced from the mid-$390,000s, a selection of three single-story home designs are available, ranging from 3,263 to 4,270 square feet with three- and four-car garages and up to five bedrooms, bonus room, den and 41/2 baths.
The Gallery at Stallion Mountain, priced from the low $200,000s and offers single-story homes ranging from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet, offering up to four bedrooms. Located in the eastern valley, the single-family homes are tucked away among a private country club and surroundings within the Stallion Mountain guard gates.
Palm Vistas is a single-family neighborhood designed for those looking for a larger floor plan.
Located in Henderson, the homes are priced from $320,000s and range from 2,908 to 3,799 square feet.
Flexible floor plan designs offer up to six bedrooms, four baths and multiple living spaces.
The Paseo at Madeira Canyon is situated along the southern foothills of Henderson between the Anthem master-planned community and the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area.
A total of 20 one- and two-story models, representing six collections of homes, are available ranging from 1,580 to 3,799 square feet and priced from the $230,000s.
Homes at the Paseo offer two to five bedrooms, two to 31/2, and two- or three-car garages. Options are available to expand each of the floor plans, adding bedrooms and baths.
Easton Place, located within the Providence master-planned community in northwestern Las Vegas, offers single-family home designs ranging from 1,713 to 2,061 square feet and priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Timber Creek, located off of U.S. Highway 95 at Ann Road, features large homes from 2,559 to 3,799 square feet, including a single-story home plan at 2,694 square feet.
Homes offer flexible designs with up to six bedrooms, multiple living spaces and two- or three-car garages.
Motley said the special interest rate also is available on select homes at Del Webb's age-qualified communities of Solera at Stallion Mountain in east Las Vegas and Sun City Mesquite.
Prices at both communities start in the upper $100,000s.
