Pulte reports strong Monteverdi sales

Sales have been robust since the recent grand opening of Pulte Homes' gated Monteverdi townhome neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas, according to sales agent Maria Velez-Woodside.

Velez-Woodside said 14 sales were completed during a recent 30-day period.

"We were extremely busy during the weeks leading up to our official grand opening but upon the completion of our model homes, our sales just skyrocketed," Velez-Woodside said.

Located adjacent to the Aliante master-planned community at Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and Decatur Boulevard, Monteverdi features three-story townhome designs measuring about 1,692, 1,804 and 2,075 square feet. Homes with up to four bedrooms and 31/2 baths are available and prices start in the low $200,000s.

Residents of Monteverdi have the use of private facilities including fitness and pool areas.

Pulte Homes offers Signature Standards at Monteverdi, which includes brand-name amenities as standard features. They include granite countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Moen faucets and General Electric appliances.

Monteverdi is located at the southeast corner of Decatur and I-215. Take the I-215 to Decatur and exit south. Make the first left turn on Rice Road and follow the street as it wraps around to the left. Cross over Ranch House Road and enter the neighborhood.
