Pulte returns to Summerlin with launch of Villa Trieste at West Park
Pulte Homes launches presales today for Villa Trieste at West Park, a neighborhood of single-family floor plans ranging from 2,404 to 2,838 square feet within Summerlin.
Floor plans and elevation designs will be available for previewing today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the neighborhood's temporary sales office located within the Summerlin Centre Village.
The new neighborhood features designs that are being offered in Southern Nevada for the first time, according to Diane Paltrineri, general sales manager for the home builder.
The homes are priced from the $470,000s, with model homes set to debut later in the year.
"After more than two years, Pulte Homes is again building in Summerlin, which is one of the nation's most celebrated master plans," Paltrineri said. "Villa Trieste will appeal to buyers interested in being a part of one of the newest urban villages in the country. We are offering spacious homes near one of the most upscale shopping and retail centers anywhere in the valley."
Summerlin Centre features the new Red Rock resort-casino, the Center Pointe Plaza and Canyon Pointe retail centers and the Charleston Auto Care Plaza, which consolidates auto services in one location and offers a selection of casual eateries. Plans for the village also include The Shops at Summerlin, which will feature an outdoor walking mall with high-end retail shops and venues for public events and entertainment.
Also located within Summerlin Centre are the community's signature parks and trail system.
"Villa Trieste will offer an enviable urban lifestyle, convenient to the most desirable amenities to be found in Las Vegas, including shopping, parks and easy freeway access," Paltrineri said.
The homes will include Pulte's Signature Standards package, featuring brand-name and high-end amenities, such as granite and Corian solid-surface countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, GE appliances, Schlage door hardware and Sea Gull lighting.
The builder's new home communities are all constructed with Environments for Living building technology, with blown-in cellulose insulation, conditioned attic spaces, 15 SEER air conditioning units and dual-paned, vinyl-framed low-e windows. Such technology decreases internal and external contaminants while increasing indoor air quality; and can result in decreased heating and cooling usage; and increased comfort, durability and tightness, according to the builder.
A temporary sales information center has been set up on site at Villa Trieste, west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway between West Sahara Avenue and West Charleston Boulevard. To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Hughes Park Drive and then to the Sagmont Drive traffic circle. The neighborhood is on the southeast side of the street.
The sales office phone number is 303-5456. Information is also available online at pulte.com/villatrieste.
