HOUSING STATISTICS

New home sales announced for quarter

New home sales in the first quarter of 2009 were announced by Larry Murphy of SalesTraq during the April 23 spring Crystal Ball seminar held at Texas Station Hotel & Casino.

According to SalesTraq, a total of 10,227 new and resale single-family and attached homes, were sold in Southern Nevada from January through March 2009. Of these sales, 1,105 were new homes.
