Realtors to hold luncheon July 10

Members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors will meet July 10 to conduct GLVAR business, attend continuing education classes and hear from keynote speaker, Jerry Giovaniello, senior vice president and chief lobbyist for the National Association of Realtors in Washington, D.C.

Doors open at 11 a.m., with the event starting at 11:30 a.m. A class on working with real estate-owned properties will be offered from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Admission is $35 for GLVAR members. RSVP by July 6 by calling 784-5000 or registering at lasvegasrealtor.com.

The event will be held at Bally's Hotel and Casino, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Learn to Fight Fraud at Seminar Series

The Nevada Fight Fraud Taskforce will host a series of evening fraud education seminars at libraries throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

The next two seminars will be held July 15, West Las Vegas Library and July 23, Clark County Library from 7 to 8 p.m.
