CB Richard Ellis joins local trade group
Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis, a global commercial real estate company, has operated a Las Vegas office for several years. Recently that office, which is led by its new Managing Director Patricia Nooney, joined Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas, which is affiliated with the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
Garry Cuff is a longtime Las Vegas commercial real estate broker and the senior director and president of CALV. He said the mega company's membership means the trade group will expand its membership and listings.
"CB Richard Ellis brings professionalism and expertise in all facets of commercial real estate brokage and strengthens the membership and listing data base of Commerical Alliance of Las Vegas," he said.
