Rebels’ football schedule rated one of nation’s toughest
UNLV's football schedule was rated by philsteele.com as the toughest among non-Bowl Championship Series schools and 23rd overall.
The Rebels, who went 2-11, played No. 3 Texas Christian, No. 4 Wisconsin, No. 13 UNR, No. 20 Utah, No. 22, West Virginia and No. 24 Hawaii.
Pac-10 Conference members played five of the top six schedules, with Oregon State at No. 1. Middle Tennessee played the weakest schedule.
