Reid has half of what is needed for campaign
Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., just announced his campaign haul for the July 1 to Sept. 30 reporting period.
From the Reid camp: "Nevada Senator Harry Reid raised more than $2 million during the last three months of fund-raising, leaving the Senate Majority Leader with more than $8.73 million in cash on-hand. Raising more than $12 million to date, Reid has already brought in close to half of the $25 million he is planning to raise with over a year left until the November 2010 election."
