Rhodes Homes features kitchen design in Zanetti collection’s five floor plans
Rhodes Homes' Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson is featuring the Zanetti collection offering five single-story floor plans starting at $170,000 which includes access to amenities.
The collection includes floor plans ranging from 1,264 to 1,781 square feet. These single-story plans are designed to have an open feeling in each one and showcase the kitchen.
"Each kitchen at Zanetti includes a gourmet cooking island, which is one of the most popular features in new homes right now," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent.
"For most homeowners, the kitchen is where residents spend a lot of time, so we made sure they are fabulous at Zanetti."
In Zanetti's Residence 1606, the kitchen is centrally located so that its gourmet island overlooks the kitchen nook and great room while offering convenient access to the master bedroom. Residence 1606 is a two-bedroom, two-bath home with a den that can be used as a third bedroom.
"Residence 1705 also has a kitchen and large square island that overlook the great room, but it also includes an oversized nook and large kitchen pantry," Manayan said.
This home offers three bedrooms and two baths. The third bedroom can be used for a home office.
"And it also features vaulted ceilings," she said. "Those plus the covered porch are two unique features to the home."
Residence 1781 at Zanetti is a four-bedroom, three-bath home with a dual-level kitchen island that overlooks the nook and great room. "They say bigger is better and this home definitely gives you room to roam." Manayan said. "The single-story designs really bring these homes to life."
According to Manayan, adding to the value of Zanetti's floor plans are current incentives worth thousands. The collection is offering $5,000 towards upgrades on its 1,264 square foot residence and $7,500 on its four other residences. Upgrades can include maple or cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace or covered patios.
Every new homebuyer at Tuscany will receive 3 percent of the home's price to be used towards closing costs. This is a limited time offer valued up to $6,000 or more.
"The amenities at Tuscany are the second biggest reason people choose to start their new lives here, behind our amazing homes," Manayan said.
"And with pricing at an all-time low, there has never been a better time to snap one of the great values offered here in Tuscany.
"And our resort-style amenities allow you to exercise, socialize and golf right outside your door," Manayan said.
Among the amenities offered at Tuscany Residential Village are a 24-hour guard-gated entrance, walking trails and playgrounds, an award-winning golf course and 35,000-square-foot recreation center.
The recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full work-out facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
Tuscany residents receive access to 50 channels of cable television.
A centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.
