Rhodes Homes offers incentives
Tuscany Residential Village is offering a new home with four bedrooms and three baths at $94 per square foot.
"We are now offering a 2,640-square-foot residence in Tuscany with all the standard features found in our popular Pesaro Collection," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent. "And with new lower pricing throughout Pesaro, it is a great time to take a second look at this beautiful community."
Residence 2640 is a stand-alone plan that can be built in any collection but has the Pesaro standard features. Offered at $249,990, it is joined by Pesaro's three other plans.
"Homes in Pesaro start at just $254,990 for a 2,379-square-foot model and go to just $284,990 for a 2,700-square-foot model," Manayan said. "And Rhodes Homes is also offering some incredible incentives that lower the prices even further."
For a limited time, new homebuyers at Tuscany Residential Village can take advantage of two incentives being offered by the community's developer, Rhodes Homes. Each new homeowner will be given $10,000 in upgrades at no charge as well as 3 percent of the purchase price to be used towards closing costs, according to Manayan.
Pesaro's single-story designs all include standard features such as kitchen islands, oversized walk-in closets and oversized garages in all three plans. Other options including pot fillers in the kitchen, fireplaces in the great rooms and optional bedrooms with adjacent baths.
Among the designs at Pesaro is Residence 2700, named for its square footage. With four bedrooms, residents can opt for fifth and sixth bedrooms with an additional bath. The formal dining room also can be converted to a den and a patio can be constructed off either the great room or master bedroom. The options join standard features, such as a great room, two-level kitchen island, walk-in closet in a secondary bedroom and master suite.
"And of course residents of the Tuscany Residential Village get exclusive access to a multi-million dollar recreation center, award-winning golf course and the beauty of Tuscany transformed in Southern Nevada," Manayan said.
According to Manayan, the low fees associated with living in Tuscany as one of the main reasons people buy.
"Even though it is a guard-gated, master-planned community, there are no special fees outside of a very moderate monthly homeowner's association cost," she said. Tuscany residents receive access to the recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to 50 channels of cable television.
La Vita Tuscana is the neighborhood's 35,000-square-foot recreation center and includes indoor and outdoor activities. Residents can enjoy a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full work-out facility, an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
Tuscany Golf Club, designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr, is a 6,906-yard, par 72 course and was recently named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual Bang for the Buck Quotient rankings.
