Rhodes Homes offers incentives within Tuscany Residential
Rhodes Homes is offering incentives on standing inventory in its Montebello Collection in the Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson, according to Michael Blevens, a Rhodes Homes sales agent.
Many of the homes are built through drywall, leaving many of the options up to the home buyer, he said
"These homes offer the buyers the freedom to pick and choose the options and flooring that best suit their tastes and needs," Blevens said.
According the Blevens, there are several homes on premium view lots.
"We have two of the Residence 2,547 plans located on the ridgeline that offer incredible views of the mountains, the Strip and the golf course. After incentives, these homes can be purchased for under $500,000," he said.
The two-story Residence 2,547 offers four bedrooms, four baths, two-car garage, sitting room, great room and island kitchen.
This plan also features a side courtyard. Rhodes Homes offers standard features in the kitchen such as a Bosch double oven, range, built-in microwave oven and an upgraded dishwasher.
"The 2,547 is a unique plan in that it offers a second-floor casita with its own exterior entrance. This is perfect for a home office or for visiting guests, affording the homeowner a level of privacy or a quiet place to work," Blevens said.
The builder has two of its Residence 3,664 homes available with great incentives as well, he said.
This plan includes three bedrooms, 31/2 baths, bonus room, den and sunroom, a three-car tandem garage and a balcony accessible from the master bedroom.
The kitchen also features a large pantry and butler pantry just off of the main room.
"The 3,664 is a great layout and works well for our buyers with its open floor plan and spacious gathering areas," Blevens said.
"It is ideal for both families and couples. Two of these plans are available for under $500,000 and they are a steal, especially the home that backs up to the golf course."
When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf-course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.
At buildout, the master planned community will also include a small retail complex called Botticelli Market Place.
A 35,000-square-foot recreation center opened in the fall of 2007.
The facility is open to homeowners of the community and includes a full-length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, a fitness room, meeting rooms, card room and billiards.
An outdoor pool complex, tennis courts and picnic area complement the facility.
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is developing 16 neighborhoods throughout the city.
Two of Rhodes Homes' largest developments are the Tuscany Residential Village and the Rhodes Ranch master-planned communities.
To visit Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
All Rhodes Homes sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of the week.
