According to Pesaro sales agent Marietta Manayan, for a limited time the Pesaro collection in Henderson's Tuscany Residential Village is offering an additional $10,000 towards options and upgrades.

All three of Pesaro's floor plans are single-story and range from 2,379 to 2,700 square feet. Four bedrooms come standard in Residence 2700, which is named for its size. This home includes the option for fifth and sixth bedrooms as well as an additional bath. The dining room in Residence 2700 can be converted to a den and a patio can be constructed off either the great room or master bedroom. The options join standard features such as a great room, large kitchen island and master suite with a spacious walk-in closet.
