Rhodes Homes’ West 57th offers small-town, community appeal

Rhodes Homes' West 57th neighborhood offers the intimacy of the small community, according to Linda Peraldo, sales agent for the builder.

"People know their neighbors because there are only 32 homes in the community," Peraldo said. "Buyers are also drawn to the views of the desert and mountains and the fact that there is no street noise."

Situated at the end of West Sunset Road near the base of a mountain, each single-family home includes ceramic tile countertops, a pull-out faucet, recessed lighting in the kitchen, prewiring for alarm system, barbecue stub in the rear yard, raised-panel interior doors with chrome lever handles and ceiling fan prewiring in select rooms.

Options include 6 1/2-inch baseboards, the fireplace, exterior coach lights and white mission stair railings.

"West 57th is still conveniently located to shopping centers and highways," Peraldo said. "It's a short drive to Fort Apache and Tropicana, where there's a shopping hub, and also to the one at Grand Canyon and Flamingo Road. And it's about 10 minutes to the centers of both Summerlin and Las Vegas."

The neighborhood's three floor plans all feature two-car garages and second-floor laundry rooms.

The 1,720-square-foot residence offers three bedrooms, two baths and kitchen with pantry.

The model has a great-room design and vaulted ceilings in the loft and master bedroom. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets. Prices start at $284,825.

The 1,832-square-foot plan has three bedrooms, two baths, great room, kitchen with pantry and dining room.

The master bedroom and the loft have vaulted ceilings.

Prices start at $294,575.

The largest floor plan measures 2,255 square feet and has four bedrooms, three baths and a great room.

Each home meets or exceeds Energy Star ratings with blown-in cellulose insulation, Milgard low-e vinyl windows and a programmable thermostat.
