Rhodes offers new pricing program
Rhodes Homes has unveiled a new pricing structure intended to provide buyers with the affordability and value for which the company is known, according to John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes.
"Basically, we want to be able to give our buyers the best prices possible and streamline the process," Means said. "We wanted to be the first home builder in town to offer a no-haggling, upfront pricing program at the lowest possible prices and that's what we've done.
"We think set rates for value-priced homes will be a more user-friendly process and less confusing and time-consuming for our buyers."
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades, including its Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Residential Village master-planned communities, both surrounded by golf courses created by legendary designer Ted Robinson, Jr.
The communities offer a number of amenities, such as a country club lifestyle, security and guard-gated access, and a 35,000-square-foot recreation center for community residents.
Rhodes Ranch offers one- to three-story homes ranging from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet. To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, and then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway.
Tuscany offers 22 models and more than 33 floor plans from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet. Floor plans include three-level townhomes, single- and two-story homes and three-story homes with lofts. Designs include great rooms with kitchens with center islands. To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
In the western part of the valley, the X-it three-story condominium development and West 57th single-family homes are available under the new pricing structure.
West 57th offers three floor plans ranging from 1,720 to 2,255 square feet. Each two-story home features a two-car garage, three or four bedrooms, two or three baths and kitchen.
To visit West 57th, take the Beltway to West Sunset Road and follow the signs to the community located at Sunset Road and Grand Canyon Drive.
The three-story, townhome-style X-it condominiums range from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet and come standard with an attached, two-car garage, first-level courtyard, and second-level terrace. To visit X-it, take the Beltway to Tropicana Avenue, head east, X-it is located on the northeast corner.
Office hours of all Rhodes communities are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Homes range from the $200,000s to the $600,000s. For more information, visit RhodesHomes.com.
