Rhodes offers residences with three-car garages throughout valley

Among the most requested features in new Rhodes Homes neighborhoods throughout Las Vegas are three-car garages, said John Means, the company's sales manager.
From the builder's Tuscany master plan in Henderson to Rhodes Ranch in the southwest, new home buyers are scooping up models with extra garage space to store their belongings, he said.
"A three-car garage is very versatile and allows the homeowner additional storage space for anything they want to keep at home, whether it be a third vehicle or the family's recreational equipment," Means said. "It can also provide the extra space for holiday decorations and other items that aren't used in the house year-round. The three-car garage is often what brings many of our visitors to Melani and Pesaro in Tuscany as well as The Majors in Rhodes Ranch."
Tuscany Residential Village, Rhodes Homes' Tuscan themed master plan in Henderson, offers eight neighborhoods ranging from three-story townhomes to single-family homes on its award-winning golf course.
Melani and Pesaro are two neighborhoods with golf-course home sites that offer three-car garages.
"Every model in Melani is offered with a three-car garage in three different stylings," Means said. "A three-car split garage, three-car tandem garage and traditional three-car garage give each home its own unique look."
According to Means, Melani has been one of Tuscany's most popular master plans with large home sites, some with golf course views and all within walking distance to the community's recreation center.
"These 6,000-square-foot sites combined with home prices starting at $109 per square foot make this neighborhood one of the best values in Tuscany," he said.
At Pesaro, two floor plans are offered with 21/2-car garages, and Residence 2683 is offered with a three-car split garage.
"Every home at Pesaro has oversized garages, which definitely draws home buyers to this neighborhood," Means said. "We often hear it is one of its greatest features because most homes this size are offered with two-car garages."
Across town at Rhodes Ranch, home buyers are choosing The Majors Model 3431 for its floor plan and three-car garage.
"The Majors is one of the only neighborhoods in Rhodes Ranch with a three-car garage home, so this model has been selling quickly," Means said.
The Majors offers two floor plans with 3,021 and 3,431 square feet. Model 3431, named for its square footage, is a five-bedroom home with 41/2 baths, powder room, family room, laundry room, breakfast nook, front deck and three-car tandem garage.
A new Rhodes Ranch entrance is under construction on the west side of the community at Ft. Apache Road. The entrance will be guard-gated and offer easy access to the neighborhood.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, and then go south to Rhodes Ranch. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway and turn left on Sherwood Greens. Follow the road to The Majors and the models on the left.
Prices start in the mid-$400,000s at Melani and in the mid-$300,000s at Pesaro.
To visit the models in Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Follow the signs to each neighborhood.
