Rhodes opens new sales facility

Rhodes Homes has opened a new centralized sales center at Rhodes Ranch in the southwestern valley. The 3,600-square-foot center is located across from the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club in the heart of the master-planned community.

Rhodes Ranch is Rhodes Homes' signature development, with 1,350 acres surrounding its golf course. The development is expected to consist of about 9,000 homes when it's complete. The new sales center is located at Longest Drive and Sandy Bunker Lane, across from the entrance to the golf club.

With a detailed layout of the community along with floor plans of homes available at the six communities comprising the master plan, the sales center is a one-stop shop for prospective home buyers. All six communities at Rhodes Ranch are built by Rhodes Homes.

"One of the features that sets our master-planned community apart from others in the valley is that all of the homes are built by the developer, Rhodes Homes," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes. "Rhodes Ranch is unlike any other master-planned community and we want to relay that feeling to those looking for a home here."

Rhodes Homes is selling homes in six neighborhoods at Rhodes Ranch. They are The Collection, Palms Bay, Pacific Mist, The Majors, The Fairways and The Irons. These communities offer 19 floor plans, ranging from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet.

"We wanted to create a convenient, centralized sales center inside the guard-gated Rhodes Ranch community that is located in a comfortable setting and provides a wealth of information to the prospective home buyer," Soucie said. "Our knowledgeable sales staff can answer questions about all of the communities and show home buyers any of the 10 models we have available."

Prices at Rhodes Ranch start in the low $200,000s. Residents have access to the award-winning Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, 35,000-square-foot recreation center, 13,000-square-foot Fun Zone Water Park and miles of walking trails and neighborhood parks.

The R-Club recreation center features a great room, fitness center, full-length basketball court, two racquetball courts, library, craft room, card room, billiards room and multi-purpose room. Residents can participate in a variety of group classes, including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, total body conditioning and circuit training in the group exercise room.

The Fun Zone water park is a 13,000-square-foot lagoon-pool with wading areas, 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and a 1,000-gallon bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes.

The Fun Zone also includes a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four large covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures.

The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, known for its tropical landscaping, was designed by renowned golf-course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The par-72 course was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. The new centralized sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
