Rhodes’ Palms Bay features final lots

The opportunity to own a brand-new home with the fairways of the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club as your backyard is winding down, with only a select number of lots available at the master planned community's Palms Bay neighborhood.

"There is nothing better than owning a home on a golf course," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes, developer of Rhodes Ranch.

"You will never have neighbors living behind you or have a block wall to look at while spending time in your backyard. Those interested in living this lifestyle with a home on our signature golf course will want to act quickly, as there are only eight of these premium lots available."

Palms Bay is still offering two two-story models ranging from 2,033 to 2,400 square feet. The model names coincide with the respective square footage, and home prices start in the high $200,000s.

Residence 2033 includes three bedrooms, a master walk-in closet, 21/2 baths, great room, dining room, two-car garage and optional fireplaces.

Residence 2400 has four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, a formal living room and dining room, family room, two-car garage, and options for a master retreat, bonus room and fireplaces.

"We have both the 2,033- and the 2,400-square-foot homes available on the eight golf course lots," Soucie said. "The number of bedrooms and the open layout of the first floors make these plans perfect for families. Palms Bay is also just minutes away from the recreation center and water park where there are activities for the whole family."

According to Soucie, home buyers who visit the model homes at Palms Bay are surprised at how many amenities found in the neighborhood's model homes come standard. Among the standard amenities that capture the attention of buyers are Moen kitchen and bath faucets and fixtures, beech wood cabinetry, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, gas barbecue stub in rear yard, and low-e windows.

Rhodes Homes is selling homes in six neighborhoods at Rhodes Ranch: The Collection, Palms Bay, Pacific Mist, The Majors, The Fairways and The Irons neighborhoods, which range from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet. Home prices begin in the mid-$200,000s.

Residents have access to the award-winning Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, and the 35,000-square-foot recreation center.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, and then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway.

Sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit rhodeshomes.com.
