Rhodes promotes La Luna residences

Just beyond the hustle and bustle of Nevada's brightest city lies an Italian jewel in the desert. Rhodes Homes features its La Luna neighborhood within Tuscany Residential Village, a master-planned community in Henderson.

"La Luna offers one of the most popular floor plans in Tuscany, Residence 3431," said sales agent Jimmy Crosswhite. "This home, named for its square footage, has the perfect blend of style and space with five bedrooms, four baths, a powder room and a three-car tandem garage, among many other features."

La Luna is showcasing four homes in the 3431 floor plan that are available for immediate move-in, he said. Two of the homes are situated on Tuscany's golf course and one is at the top of a cul-de-sac. All include upgrades such as granite countertops, wrought-iron staircases, stainless-steel appliances and oversized lots for a pool and spa, according to Crosswhite.

"These homes are available at incredible values, as thousands in incentives are offered with them," he said. "They all sit on home sites large enough for patio, pool and spa, and two are right near the fourth hole of the Tuscany golf course."

According to Crosswhite, space is utilized well in Residence 3431, with an attached casita offered as a full bedroom and half bath on the first floor.

"It is completely separate from the main home and perfect for either an office or mother-in-law quarters," he said.

The home's first floor features a formal entry and separate dining room. The kitchen is offered with wall-to-wall cabinetry as well as an oversized island with upgraded granite. Upstairs, a large loft serves as a central gathering place between the master suite and other bedrooms. A walk-in closet is offered in both the master bath and the third bedroom and two covered decks are included.

Standard features at La Luna include 8-foot entry doors and carriage-style garage doors that are prewired for an automatic opener. Interiors can be prewired for ceiling fans and a security system as well as phone, cable and Internet. Energy-saving features include blown-in cellulose insulation, low-e windows, programmable thermostats and a 50-gallon gas water heater.

"If you have been considering a new home, I encourage you to stop by La Luna at Tuscany to see one of the most well-designed homes offered in Tuscany," Crosswhite said. "Once you enter our gates, you'll be transformed to the hillsides of Tuscany and never want to go back."

As residents of the community, homeowners at La Luna pay $140 per month homeowners association fee and receive access to the La Vita Tuscana recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to receiving 50 channels of cable television. Home prices at La Luna start in the mid-$500,000s with additional floor plans scheduled to be released soon.

Tuscany Residential Village is a master-planned community developed by longtime Las Vegas developer Rhodes Homes.

The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf-course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf magazine's No. 1 golf course in Las Vegas in its annual rankings.

Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
