Rhodes provides incentives on homes within The Collection
The Collection at Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the valley, is offering its final homes for sale with newly structured pricing incentives to buyers who choose the builder's in-house lender, according to Taylor Smith, a sales agent for Rhodes Homes, the project's developer.
"We have just over a dozen homes remaining at The Collection, ranging in size from 2,547 to more than 4,000 square feet," he said. "With prices starting in the high $300,000s, there is tremendous value per square foot for these homes."
Smith said most of the homes are completed or in the final stages of construction.
Three floor plans from The Collection's Matisse neighborhood are in the framing process.
All of the homes are being offered with newly structured pricing incentives to buyers who choose the builder's in-house lender, he said.
"Several of the homes are from our Van Gogh line," he said. "Plan 2547, Plan 3976 and Plan 4138, named for their square footage, are being offered on and off the golf course. Most have fantastic upgrades that are included with the price of the home."
Plan 2547 is a two-story home that includes three bedrooms, den, four baths, sitting room, great room and a wet bar.
"This home is very versatile because it was designed in a way that the den can be an optional fourth bedroom or an attached casita," Smith said.
It is located on the opposite side of the home from the master bedroom and can have its own entrance.
The third bedroom upstairs also has a full bath and a large sitting area, which is perfect for a children's game room."
Plan 3976 is a three-story home with three bedrooms, sunroom, den, three baths, powder room, three-car tandem garage and bonus room.
"This home also has options to use the den and bonus room as additional bedrooms and the third-story study is a perfect place to read or work," Smith said. "The additional garage space is one of our most sought-after features. It gives homeowners the ability to store their bicycles, motorcycles and other recreational vehicles in their homes."
Plan 4138 is a three-story home with five bedrooms, loft, four baths, powder room, great room, library, third-story loft and three-car tandem garage.
This home includes a covered front porch, as well as a circular staircase.
The Collection's Matisse has three home sites currently under construction -- Plan 1931, Plan 2893 and Plan 3042.
"With these homes, buyers are able to choose their options for additional bedrooms, bonus rooms and balconies before the homes are completed," Smith said.
Seven of the homes are located overlooking the award-winning Rhodes Ranch golf course and all are within walking distance of the R Club recreation center.
Residents have access to the 35,000-square-foot R Club.
The community's Fun Zone Water Park opened last year and features eight water slides as well as a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by architect Ted Robinson.
The par-72 course was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine.
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades.
Home prices at The Collection start in the high $300,000s.
