Price per square foot. It is one of the criteria many buyers use when searching for a new home. Rhodes Homes understands this and has built the Melani Residence 4,876 at Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson in response to the demand.
"This home is an incredible value at about $109 per square foot," said De Anna Forsyth, a sales agent for Rhodes Homes. "Residence 4,876 is an incredible floor plan that offers a great use of the space."
Residence 4,876 includes four bedrooms, four baths, a three-car garage, game room, den and a master bedroom retreat. The home also features two islands in the kitchen, a living and dining room, a second-floor laundry room and his and her closets.
Buyers can choose to have a fifth bedroom instead of the den on the first floor, creating a guest suite. The home is priced from $531,525.
"This home really appeals to all of our buyers," Forsyth said. "With its open first-floor design, it is perfect for the couple who enjoys entertaining or the family looking for space to spend time in. This plan also entices buyers with a master suite that includes a retreat as well as his and her closets."
