Rhodes Ranch debuts The Irons

Irons, Rhodes Ranch's first single-story neighborhood has opened.

The subdivision located in Rhodes Homes' southwestern master-planned community offers three floor plans.

"The Irons at Rhodes Ranch is located in the heart of the community," said Ryan Soucie, sales director for Rhodes Homes. "Residents can step outside their front door to experience our championship golf course or multitude of indoor and outdoor recreational activities. Resort-style living is a reality at Rhodes Ranch."

The homes range from 1,467 to 1,931 square feet and are all offered with two to four bedrooms, two-car garages and private backyards.

"With prices starting in the $200,000s, there has never been a better time to buy a new home," Soucie said. "Because of Rhodes Homes' size and long tenure in Las Vegas, we are able to offer unmatched pricing for these fantastic homes. Plus, homeowners have the incredible benefits offered by the Rhodes Ranch master plan."

Amenities in the master plan include indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities.

"Residents regularly utilize the 35,000-square-foot recreation center's state-of-the-art fitness center, regulation-size basketball court and racquetball court," Soucie said. "We even have badminton and volleyball, in addition to our game and meeting rooms."

The recreation center is designed for many interests and offers fitness classes for all skill levels as well as activities tailored for children, he said.

Rhodes Ranch also offers extensive outdoor activities, including four tennis courts, a basketball court, two beach volleyball courts, a kid's area, two swimming pools, and the new Fun Zone Water Park.

Open to Rhodes Ranch residents and their guests, the Fun Zone Water Park includes three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and a 1,000-gallon bucket that fills and tips every half hour.

These are complemented by a 25-meter lap pool; two eight-person spas; a 12-person group spa; four large covered cabanas; one exterior lighted basketball court; two sand volleyball courts; four lighted tennis courts; and a children's play area with activity structures.

The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson, the par-72 course was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine.

The course features wide fairways lined with palm trees and water features on more than half of its holes.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is developing 16 neighborhoods throughout the city with homes to fit every family's lifestyle.
