Rhodes Ranch features The Irons

Among Rhodes Ranch actively selling collections is The Irons. The Irons offers three single-story floor plans ranging from 1,467 to 1,931 square feet.

Plan 1467 and Plan 1611, named for their respective square footage, are shown as model homes and available for preview.

Vaulted ceilings in The Irons are as high as 15 feet in some rooms and significantly add to the open feeling of the homes, according to Forsyth

The Irons' kitchens include a food-preparation island in Residence 1931 and beech cabinetry with crown molding, recessed lighting, large kitchen pantries and breakfast nooks are offered per plan.
