Rhodes Ranch to hold resident event featuring spring activities

Rhodes Ranch will hold its annual community Hop Into Spring event March 22. Complete with the arrival of the Spring Bunny, the event is free and open to all Rhodes Ranch residents.
"This is one of our most well-attended annual events at Rhodes Ranch," said John Means, sales manager for developer Rhodes Homes. "We are expecting several hundred people to fill the R-Club recreation center's courtyard. The children will be able to participate in an egg hunt, water balloon toss and egg walk as well as meet the Spring Bunny."
Hop Into Spring begins at 11 a.m. March 22 at the Rhodes Ranch R-Club recreation center. No RSVP is needed and all Rhodes Ranch residents are welcome to bring their families and friends. Food and drinks will be sold and vendors from area businesses will have displays of their products and services.
"There is no better way to spend a beautiful spring weekend than at Rhodes Ranch next weekend," Means said. "Our five sets of model homes showcase the available floor plans at Rhodes Ranch and are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We encourage guests to stop by and check out the incredible offerings in the community, some with special incentives worth thousands."

It also includes a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four large covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson, the par-72 course was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine.
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is developing 16 neighborhoods throughout the area.
