Rhodes Ranch, Tuscany Residential Village highlight amenities

Under the direction of new owner Dunhill Homes, Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Residential Village master-planned communities offer more amenities.

"These two communities are unlike any other in Southern Nevada," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes. "There is no other place than Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Residential Village in the valley that you can buy a home for about the same price as any other neighborhood in the area, but get millions of dollars in amenities exclusively for resident use. And unlike many other communities in the area, Rhodes Ranch has no SID or LID fees."

Among the amenities at Rhodes Ranch is its 35,000-square-foot R-Club recreation center in a central location with multiple seating areas, a baby grand piano and television viewing area. "By far the most popular amenity at Rhodes Ranch during the summer is the Fun Zone Water Park," Soucie said. "It is the largest water park in Las Vegas and has a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and a 1,000-gallon bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes."

The Fun Zone also includes a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures.

Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany offer golf courses and walking paths in addition to guard-gated entrances and 24-hour security patrol. "Our golf courses are open to the public with special rates for residents," Soucie said.

Tuscany Resident Village is located in Henderson. "Tuscany Residential Village was designed with Old World luxury in mind," said sales agent Michael Blevins. "As soon as you enter the gates, you are transformed to the Italian countryside with ample space to walk, bicycle, jog and explore."

The community's centerpiece amenity is the 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center. "This is the place where you can spend an afternoon relaxing with friends, exercising and having fun," Blevins said.

Inside La Vita Tuscana, group lessons in kick boxing, dance and Pilates are offered while the fitness center includes two racquetball courts and a full-size indoor basketball gymnasium. Outside, multiple pools with toddler areas, spas, waterfalls, basketball court and tennis courts are available.

"With all of these amenities, the only thing left to do is choose a home," Soucie said. "They are more affordable than ever with floor plans starting in the mid- to high $100,000s in both Tuscany and Rhodes Ranch."
