Rhodes Ranch’s Palms Bay offers home sites near golf course
Palms Bay is getting a jump on the holiday season with special pricing and quick move-ins at its Rhodes Ranch neighborhood, sales agent Estee Roces said.
"Most of the few remaining golf-course home sites in Rhodes Ranch are located in Palms Bay," Roces said. "And we have a wide variety of offerings, including homes under construction both on and off the golf course as well as non-golf-course home sites available."
Palms Bay golf-course lots overlook the master plan's 10th hole.
"These are prime sites and have great views of our award-winning course," Roces said.
"There are only two communities in Rhodes Ranch with golf course lots available, so we encourage all golf enthusiasts to check out our models."
Palms Bay features two model homes, including the Plan 2033 and Plan 2400, named for their respective square footage.
Plan 2033 includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room and large walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
"The walk-in closet in Plan 2033 is by far the most popular feature in this home," Roces said.
"It is nearly the size of the third bedroom in this home. Closets have become an important part of new homes in the past few years and we are happy to offer this spacious and functional space at Palms Bay."
Plan 2400 includes four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, living and dining rooms and a separate family room.
"The separate family room in this model has been its most popular feature," Roces said.
"It allows homeowners the ability to create separate spaces for dining and entertaining instead of using a large great room."
Both models are offered with two-car garages that include additional storage space. "Our garages are a little bigger than a standard two-car garage," Roces said.
"This gives residents a place to store their athletic equipment, holiday decorations and toys."
Currently, Rhodes Homes is offering special pricing, closing cost payment and free upgrades on homes under construction at Palms Bay, Roces said.
"These homes offer incredible pricing, designs and locations in the beautiful Rhodes Ranch master plan," he said.
Standard features include upstairs laundry rooms; finished garages; prewiring for ceiling fans, cable and phone in all bedrooms and common rooms; rocker switches in all rooms; gas stubs for outdoor kitchens; exterior holiday light outlets; and 9-foot ceilings downstairs.
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is developing 16 neighborhoods throughout the city.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson. The par-72 course was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine.
