Rhodes touts remaining lots within Spanish Hills

The Spanish Hills neighborhood in the southwestern part of the valley has only four lots remaining, according to Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes.

"Three weeks ago we had six custom lots available in Spanish Hills. Two of those lots sold within days of the announcement and there are pending reservations on two more," Soucie said. "The interest in these home sites has been phenomenal and they are selling quickly. Of the four remaining lots, we have two with unbelievable Strip views and two with equally impressive mountain views." Spanish Hills is a guard-gated community of all custom homes. Residents have access to several tennis courts and a tot lot.

A security firm also staffs the entrance and patrols the neighborhood 24 hours a day. To visit, from the north or south, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Tropicana Avenue exit and head east. From the east, take Tropicana west. Spanish Hills is on the south side of the road. For more information or to set an appointment to view the custom home sites, call 730-4365.
