Rhodes touts value in Tuscany

Rhodes Homes is offering incentives and quick move-ins at Tuscany Residential Village's Terrazzo and Montebello collections.

Nearly two dozen homes are available in various stages of construction. The homes range from 1,734 to 4,138 square feet in single-, two-story and three- story floor plans.

"We have had huge success with these two lines," sales agent Michael Blevins said. "The remaining available homes have fantastic views, as they are being built on ridge lots that are higher than the other homes in the community." When completed, these homes will have views of the award-winning Tuscany Golf Club, city and mountains.

According to Blevins, the Terrazzo and Montebello collections are among the most spacious Rhodes Homes offers in Tuscany.

Homes at Terrazzo and Montebello are available in the drywall and completion stages.

Among the collection of available homes in Terrazzo and Montebello is Residence 2547, named for its square footage. This single-story home includes three bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, sitting room, great room, a study and an optional den in place of the third bedroom. The home also features a private second-floor casita and full bathroom with a separate entrance.

Also available is Residence 3664, a two-story home that can be designed with three to six bedrooms.

Residence 3664 also includes three baths, a powder room, three-car tandem garage and optional bonus room, sun room, and a den and balcony in place of the additional bedrooms.

Prices on the remaining available home sites at Terrazzo and Montebello start in the mid $300,000s. Standard features on the homes include island kitchens, granite kitchen countertops, prewiring for phone and cable in all bedrooms and select common areas, rounded wall corner treatments and desert landscaping in the front yards.
