Richmond American gives buyers “purchasing power”

With Richmond American's new "Purchasing Power" promotion, home buyers have the power to purchase the home of their dreams, while still keeping some money in their wallets, said Ernest Belair, vice president of sales for the company's Las Vegas North Division.

Through June 1, buyers can enjoy closing cost assistance and discounted upgrades on homes not yet under construction, he said.

For quick move-in homes, buyers can take advantage of a special financing offer, according to Belair.

"This offer is a great way to save some of the out-of-pocket expenses that are usually associated with buying a new home," Belair said.
