Richmond American holds seminars

More than 100 Realtors and home buyers attended the Homebuilding From the Ground Up, a complimentary seminar held at Richmond American's Home Gallery. The exclusive Realtor event took place March 22, while home buyers attended a separate event the following Saturday morning.

Attendees explored the Home Gallery, learning about the home buying and building process. The event ended with a prize give-away of two 32-inch LCD televisions.

"We had a great turnout for both of these events, and everyone had a lot of fun," said new home manager Susan Lee.

"Realtors from across the valley joined us on Thursday night, and Saturday's event brought a variety of attendees, from first-time home buyers to move-up buyers, as well as several people who were just starting to think about buying a new home," she said.

Homebuilding From the Ground Up is the latest in a series of new seminars and events offered at the Home Gallery each month. Topics have included interior design, holiday centerpieces and cooking demonstrations.

The next event is scheduled for May 19, when professional designers from Lane Home Furnishings will present Inspired Design.

This seminar will offer tips on color trends and outdoor living spaces. For more information, contact Casey Haman at 638-4445.
