Richmond American's Sagecrest provides an intimate neighborhood setting of 40 homes adjacent to Southern Highlands and the master plan's numerous parks and amenities.

Priced from the $240,000s, the two-story homes are from the Cherry Lane Collection and feature three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and 1,300 to 1,750 square feet.

The intimacy of a limited number of homes, highlighted by front porch entries, offer a distinct feeling of community, according to sales agent John Bowenkamp. The four-bedroom, 1,750-square-foot Lapin is the largest design. Priced from the $290,000s, the home offers room options such as a bonus room or a second master bedroom suite with full bath.

Priced from the $270,000s, the Ranier's four-bedroom floor plan measures 1,550 square feet and includes 2 1/2 baths, high ceilings leading into a great-room layout with adjacent dining room.
