Richmond American Homes promotes single-, multi-story residences

Richmond American Homes offers nearly 40 communities across Las Vegas, with several neighborhoods currently starting under and around $200,000. "Homebuyers who act now can take advantage of unprecedented value and outstanding choices," commented Nicole Bloom, Vice President of Sales. "Whether you're looking for a single-story, two-story or three-story, we have homes to fit every lifestyle."

Homebuyers interested in a single-story home are encouraged to visit Cobblestone at Laurel Canyon, located in northern Las Vegas near Walnut and Ann. The single-story Cape Cod starts from $199,990 and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and approximately 1,300 square feet. The gourmet kitchen includes a food preparation island and is open to the dining room and family room. Also available is the single-story Southampton, priced from the low $200,000s. Models of these plans and two others are open for touring. Or, stop by Brentwood Grove in northwest Las Vegas, where the single-story Elm offers three bedrooms, two baths, approximately 1,100 square feet, and is priced from $199,990.

For two-story homes, Positano is a popular choice. Situated in southwest Las Vegas just outside of Mountain's Edge at Blue Diamond and Durango, this community offers a unique courtyard layout with four homes to a cul-de-sac, creating distinctive neighborhood charm. All the homes include three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an attached two-car garage. Available room options allow the homes to feature up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Prices range from $204,990 to $234,990.

Buyers looking for three-story floorplans will find three distinctive choices at Whitney Heights, located in northwest Las Vegas at Elkhorn and Durango. Priced from $204,990 to $224,990, these homes span from two to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms and approximately 1,400 to 1,700 square feet.

"The three-story layout appeals to such a wide range of people," commented Sales Associate Kim Elge. "It's good for singles, couples, roommates and families. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor, and the central location provides a great gathering space for the whole family. The prices at Whitney Heights are also extremely competitive, and the location is very convenient. We're close to the 215 Beltway, Highway 95, banking, shopping, grocery stores, and a brand a new hospital."

Another collection of three-story floorplans is featured at Santa Rita, located in the southwest valley. Priced from $209,990 to $239,990, these plans span from approximately 1,550 to 1,950 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 31/2 baths. All the homes feature a media room, bonus room or optional bedroom on the lower level; an open layout with a great room, dining room, kitchen and balcony on the main level; and bedrooms on the third level.

And that's just the beginning. Several other Richmond American communities offer homes at or around $200,000, with a wide variety of floorplans available.

What's more, many neighborhoods currently feature quick move-in homes priced at or around $200,000. These homes come complete with attractive upgrades and design features, adding value as well as convenience. And with move-in dates designed to fit tight time schedules, buyers can start living their dreams sooner than ever.
