Richmond American offers Gold Star Event at homes valleywide

Richmond American's new Gold Star Event provides additional savings on select homes across the Las Vegas Valley, according to Ernest Belair, president of the Las Vegas Division. The promotion ends March 22.

The home builder also is providing an online offer to homeowners for a free washer and dryer.

Richmond American offers more than 100 different floor plans throughout Las Vegas, with homes spanning from 1,100 to more than 4,000 square feet.

Nearly 40 neighborhoods are available across the valley. Sales centers and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday when they open at noon.

The home builder's Home Gallery provides home buyers with information on models, neighborhoods, design tips and access to financial professionals.
